Biography
Dr Lauren Lines (BN(hons), MNg, PhD) is a registered nurse and credentialed children and young people’s nurse (CCYPN). Lauren has clinical, teaching and research expertise in paediatric and child health nursing, with an emphasis on advocacy for children and young people. Lauren’s ongoing research at the Caring Futures Institute at Flinders University aims to enable all children to thrive in safe and strong families and communities through co-designed solutions. In particular, Lauren’s work aims to make child protection everyone’s business by equipping the interprofessional health workforce with practical knowledge and skills for preventing and responding to risks to children’s wellbeing.
